Futile musings of an old ghost

The Impact of Herd Instinct on Health Choices 133

One

I can’t think of anything we did, or have done, to justify, to cause this clot: how are we to know about the intricacies of this research, what it does to our physiology, the basic properties, as scientists tend to say, there is a lack of evidence.

Two

Yet we have to rank those risks compared with doing nothing, and get sick: of course doing nothing does not exclude prayer, for we are too spiritual beings.

Three

History will decide whether the herd instinct was the safest option, or the opposite, the route to disaster.

Four

In the meantime we have to repair, rebuild confidence and go back to health, for those of us who still can.

Five

We won’t build a high brick wall around our town, we will just keep the dream for ourselves.

Six

Perhaps we should concentrate on this: reading old dreams.
