Quotes

“I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.” – Muhammad Ali

“If you don’t find the time, if you don’t do the work, you don’t get the results.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

The real workout starts when you want to stop. – Ronnie Coleman

“Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.” – Mark Twain

Revisiting this post a while later, and checking the prompt – limit – I am somewhat puzzled by the title. Not that it matters, I won’t change it, I must have fought of something else when I started, maybe related to the cutie I refer to above! Who knows.

This made me think again about the six sentence idea, which is brilliant. The challenge for me is how to structure a post with in the beginning six sentences, in reply to the prompt (which may be self-generated) and then continue into a longer work. So, if you have any idea, I’d be grateful to know!
