The delusion that society can be changed by human will or action is enduring. Societies evolve through numerous unseen variables, not easily influenced by revolutions or political change. Positive changes require long-term education, public discourse, true democracy, and consensus, not violence or miraculous intervention. Identifying and achieving consensus on desirable changes is the real challenge.
